Serbian specifics
Ownership and legalization, heating, building group, condition, rental types, categories, Latin and Cyrillic names, the register number, the mandate, EUR and RSD.
Novi Kvadrat lists property in Serbia. Some fields follow Serbian practice; the tokens are stable identifiers, the labels come from GET /vocabularies.

legal.tapija_note (up to 500 characters) carries a free-text note on the title deed ("tapija").
Heating (structure.heating)#
district (district heating), gas_central, gas_local, electric_local, storage_heater, electric_panel, heat_pump, air_conditioning, underfloor, pellet, solid_fuel, tiled_stove, oil, solar, none, other.
Rentals also accept the legacy value electric (unspecified electric heating); sales do not.
Building and condition (sale only)#
structure.building_group:new(new build) orold.structure.condition:lux,renovated,original,renovation_required.structure.furnished(both):furnished,semi_furnished,unfurnished.
Categories#
Twenty-one categories in five groups:

land is still accepted, but send the specific land_* category: the agency editor no longer offers land for new listings.
Rental types (rent.type)#
long_term, mid_term, short_term, room (a single room in a shared home).
Names in two scripts#
Serbian is written in Latin and Cyrillic. Our place search matches both scripts and English names: Vračar and Врачар find the same municipality. It does not fold diacritics, so Vracar finds nothing: search with č, ć, š, ž and đ as written, or by the official code. Send listing text (title.sr, description.sr) in Serbian, in either script, as UTF-8 — keep č, ć, š, ž, đ as they are.
The register number#
The brokerage law requires every agency ad to show the agency's business name and its Register of Brokers number. We show it on every listing from the agency's Novi Kvadrat profile; an agency without one cannot connect (agency_not_eligible, register_number_missing). legal.broker_license_no defaults to it on sales. The mandate#
legal.mandate_attested: true confirms a signed brokerage contract for the listing — required to publish. See Mapping notes.
EUR and RSD#
Prices and rents are in EUR or RSD. We derive the other currency ourselves; you never send it.
Places and neighbourhoods#
location.place_id is a city or municipality from GET /places. Neighbourhoods (Crveni krst, Dorćol, Liman …) have no list: send them as free text in location.neighbourhood.
