Partner terms — version 2026-10

The terms that govern a partner's use of the Novi Kvadrat partner API. This version is a draft until counsel delivers the final text.

Your company accepts the terms in the Partner Portal under Agreements.

This version is a draft: the final text is being prepared with counsel and will replace this page. The partner terms will cover:

  • Data-protection roles — the agency, your company as its software vendor, and Novi Kvadrat, under Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL, Article 45).
  • No republishing — a no-republishing clause.
  • The mandate warranty — per listing, under the brokerage law (Article 18).
  • Breach notice — notifying a personal-data breach (Article 52).
  • Termination — how the agreement ends.
