The Partner Portal: sign-up and approval
Create your company's account in the Novi Kvadrat Partner Portal, set up two-step sign-in, and wait for approval.
Two hosts, two jobs#
developers.novikvadrat.rs— this documentation site. Public, no login.partners.novikvadrat.rs— the Novi Kvadrat Partner Portal, your company's account area: onboarding, connections, apps and keys, webhooks, the validator, batches, the company profile, members, agreements and security. Login only, two-step sign-in required.
The docs site has no sign-in of its own. Get sandbox access on any docs page opens the Partner Portal's sign-up.
Sign up#
Open https://partners.novikvadrat.rs/sign-up and fill in:

Submit Create account. You see "Check your email": we sent a confirmation link that expires in 24 hours (Resend email is available after 60 seconds). Too many attempts from one network → "Too many sign-up attempts from this network. Try again in an hour."
Confirm your email#
The link opens https://partners.novikvadrat.rs/auth/confirm. On that first confirmed sign-in we create your partner company (waiting for approval), make you its owner, record your acceptance of the terms, and tell our partner desk. An expired or used link says "This link has expired or was already used." with Sign in and Resend confirmation.
Set up two-step sign-in#
Every Partner Portal page needs two-step sign-in with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…). Your first visit opens Set up two-step sign-in: scan the QR code (or show the key), then enter the 6-digit code.
Waiting for approval#
We review every partner, usually within two working days. Until then the overview says "Your organization is waiting for approval." and only Overview, Members, Agreements and Security open; every other page shows "Available after approval" and its API answers 403 partner_not_approved. You can invite your team and set up two-step sign-in meanwhile.
- Approved: your company is verified and a sandbox app named "Sandbox" is created for you. We email your admins. Continue with Sandbox and the test agency.
- Rejected: the overview shows the reason we gave and the desk address.
- Suspended (later, by staff): the whole Partner Portal is replaced by a blocked page and the API answers 403
account_blocked. Your connections and listings are not changed by a suspension.
Roles#

Pages and controls a developer cannot use are not shown. Invite people under Members.
Already have a Novi Kvadrat account?#
Sign-up with an address that already has a Novi Kvadrat account shows the same "Check your email" screen and sends nothing new. Sign in on partners.novikvadrat.rs instead: an account with no partner company sees Register a partner company (company name, website, country, what you build, terms) and continues from there. Your agency account, if you have one, is not visible in the Partner Portal and is not changed.
Lost your device?#
There is no in-app reset. Write to partners@novikvadrat.rs from your registered address; we confirm who you are (another admin of your company confirms too), remove the old device, and you set up a new one at your next sign-in.
