What the API does

  • Push listings

    Create, update and remove sale and rental listings, one at a time or in batches of 200.

  • Agency consent

    Each agency connects your software with a connect code from its own portal, and can pause or disconnect at any time.

  • Results you can see

    Per-item results, webhooks and logs in the Partner Portal.

  • Safe by design

    Ed25519 signed requests, an IP allowlist and no shared secrets.

  1. Sign up in the Partner Portal

    Register your company and accept the partner terms.

    Register a sandbox key, connect the test agency and push your first listings.

Other languages: the docs list the primitives to call (Ed25519 sign, SHA-256, base64url). Send us a verified sample and we'll publish it.

What we don't do

  • No browsing other agencies' data.
  • No photo uploads: send photo URLs and we fetch them.
  • No lead sync yet.
